64bithost.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Donnelly Holdings, LLC acquired FusionXhost.com's budget hosting clientèle on November 16th, 2007 for an undisclosed sum.  The acquisition and transfer of clients was seamless.   As part of the deal 64bithost.com will receive a certain number of clients and a new server.
